Dental Assistant
Angel is a dedicated and compassionate dental assistant known for her friendly demeanor and consistently positive attitude. With a genuine passion for helping others, she strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every patient. Her warm smile and calming presence help ease dental anxieties, making visits more pleasant for patients of all ages. You may also see her taking care of responsibilities at the front desk.
Angel has always wanted to work in healthcare, and has found her passion in the dental field. She graduated as a dental assistant from Lake Area Technical Institute in 2025. Angel loves animals – she and Clayton have four dogs, ducks and goats! She also enjoys gardening, canning, and projects in her free time.
Dental Assistant
Maddie is a dedicated and detail-oriented dental assistant known for her exceptional organizational skills, commitment to cleanliness, and friendly, patient-first approach. With a strong passion for creating a comfortable and welcoming environment, she works closely with both patients and the dentist to ensure every visit runs smoothly. Her ability to stay calm under pressure, maintain a spotless workspace, and connect with patients makes her a valued part of our dental team.
Maddie grew up in Clark and now lives south of Bristol with Sheldon and her two dogs, Leo and Lou. Graduating from Southeast Tech in 2020, Maddie began her Dental Assisting career. She stated that the best part about her job is helping patients get over dental “fear” and making their experience as comfortable as possible. Maddie enjoys spending time with family and friends. In the summer, you can catch her in her garden as she loves canning! She also owns a greenhouse in Bristol.
Dental Hygienist
As a dedicated and reliable dental hygienist, Dani brings both skill and warmth to every patient interaction. Known for a friendly demeanor and gentle touch, she strives to make each visit a comfortable and positive experience. With a strong focus on patient education and preventive care, Dani works closely with the dental team to ensure every patient receives high-quality, personalized care. A true team player, she is always ready to lend a hand to support both patients and colleagues.
Dani is originally from a small town in North Dakota. She now lives on a farm near Roslyn with her husband and two children, where they raise cattle. She graduated from M State with a dual Assisting and Hygiene degree in 2016. Dani stated that the best part about her job is creating relationships with her patients. She loves to get to know them beyond their dental needs, and is excited to do that in a community so close to “home”!
Dental Hygienist
Cheri has been serving patients in Webster since 2012. She is known for building lasting relationships with patients through compassionate care, gentle techniques, and a genuine commitment to their oral health. Her loyal patient base is a testament to the trust and comfort she fosters with every visit. Cheri takes pride in educating patients, easing dental anxieties, and being a consistent, friendly face in their long-term oral health journey. Her dedication goes beyond cleanings—she believes in creating a positive, personalized experience that keeps patients coming back year after year.
Cheri graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at NDSCS in Wahpeton, ND. Cheri is originally from Bismarck, ND, but has lived with her family in Watertown since 1998. Cheri lives with her husband, Tim, and yellow lab, Chief. She enjoys visiting her two grown children as well as her grandchildren. She also loves traveling and camping. Cheri is an avid reader and enjoys listening to audio books.
Front Office Coordinator
With a warm smile and a welcoming attitude, Courtney is the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors. As our Front Office Coordinator and a certified Dental Assistant, she brings a unique blend of administrative expertise and clinical knowledge to ensure every patient experience is smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.
Whether she’s helping patients navigate billing questions, scheduling appointments, or assisting chairside during procedures, Courtney is dedicated to making sure everyone feels cared for and confident in their dental care. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and genuine compassion make her an essential part of both the front desk and the treatment room.
Courtney grew up in Florence. She lives outside of Webster with her husband, Landon, and her children. She graduated from LATI with a Dental Assisting degree in 2014. She loves spending time with her family and friends, and enjoys being outside when it is nice out. Courtney has perfected making sour dough bread of different varieties.
Office Manager
While patients may not always see her in the office, Dr. Nate’s wife plays a vital role in the success of the practice. With a strong background in business and an exceptional eye for detail, she oversees the critical behind-the-scenes operations that keep everything running smoothly. From managing systems and processes to ensuring that every detail is handled with care, her dedication allows the clinical team to focus fully on patient care. Her commitment, organization, and support are an essential part of what makes the practice a trusted place for families and staff.
Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, whether it is while working together on church ministry, camping or homeschooling. She also loves traveling with her husband. Gardening is one of her favorite hobbies, and she especially enjoys growing dahlias and other flowers that she can share with others.
